At Emma & Sienna Bennett, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return period, beginning on the day your order is delivered.
After the 30-day return period has passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
You may return an item within 30 days if:
* The item arrived damaged or defective.
* You received the wrong item, size, or colour.
* The item does not fit.
* The product does not meet your expectations.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
* Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
* Be returned in its original packaging.
* Include any original tags or accessories where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following item cannot be returned:
* Gift cards.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Request a Return
Please contact us at info@emmasiennabennett.com to request a return form and return instructions.
2. Complete the Return Form
Complete the return form and include it inside your return package.
3. Ship Your Return
Once your return has been approved, our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate return address.
Please use a shipping service that provides tracking information. Emma & Sienna Bennett is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
4. Inspection & Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
As a general rule, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. This includes returns due to dissatisfaction, incorrect size, or a change of mind.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.
Exception: If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning the product. Where applicable, Emma & Sienna Bennett will cover the return shipping costs.
RETURN ADDRESS
Please do not send your return to an address without first contacting our customer service team.
Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by Emma & Sienna Bennett after your return request has been approved.
Returns sent to an unauthorised address may not be processed.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please first check your bank account or payment provider.

Partial Refunds or Refused Returns
A partial refund or refusal of a return may apply if:
* The item is not returned in its original condition.
* The item shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
* Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing for reasons that are not our responsibility.
* The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
EXCHANGES
The quickest way to receive a different size, colour, or item is generally to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order. After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed because your order may already have entered processing or shipping.
